Slimming World: Chocolate and banana bread

Ingredients
50g Self-raising flour (8 syns)
1 tsp of baking powder (0.5 syns)
4 eggs (free)
2 tbsp sweetner (free)
1tbsp of freedom choc shot (2 syns)
2 bananas (8 syns based on 200g - if you count syns for cooked fruits)


1. Sift flour and baking powder together in a bowl
2. mash 2 bananas and add to the mixture along with the sweetner
3. Add 2 eggs and mix well 
4. Stir in your freedom choc shot
5. Seperate the other 2 eggs and add yolks to mixture and stir 
6. Whsik the 2 egg whites until very stiff and gently fold into mixture
7. Pour mixture into tin (I sprayed mine with frylight and lined with baking paper)
8. Cook in preheated oven at 190degrees for around 40 minutes

If you take into account the syns for cooked bananas, this whole loaf works out to be 18.5 syns. If divided into 12 portions it's not even 1.5 syns per slice. Having said that, it's pretty tasty that it's hard to resist to go in for a second slice, but being a low syn treat.....you totally can!
