An alternative family day out in London (Star Wars Identities)

For Father's day, we received some tickets to see Star Wars identities at the O2 in London. Not my usual cup of tea, but the hubby is a big fan! So, thought it would be a nice day out and something we could do as a family. We took our 8-month baby boy with us, he absolutely loved it and so mesmerised by the lights.

The exhibition had over 200 props, models costumes and artwork from the Star Wars films, and it was pretty impressive. Even though I wouldn’t consider myself a super Star Wars fan like my hubby, I have to admit I really enjoyed it.

We were given an earpiece, sensor and a wristband which made for an interactive day! Using the wristband it took you on a Identity Quest and there were various interactive points throughout, with voice-over too. At the end you were presented with your very own personalised Star Wars character on the big screen! It's pretty damn cool!

It'll take about an hour to get around, depending on how much you take in. My husband, the super fan loved it, my son enjoyed it, and me the Star Wars novice also loved the experience - Definitely a recommended, great, family day out!

If you fancy it then it’s on till the 3rd September and tickets can be found here:
