Yay! It's February! It's short and I'm gonna make the most of it.

JANUARY RECAP: Did I achieve last month goals? Well...almost 

ZERO  ALCOHOL ✔️️
Lack of alcohol was tricky, especially on a Friday night when the husband had a cold beer in hand! But I resisted and have felt really good for it. It's nice to not feel the need for a glass of something stronger when it's been a tough day, or it's Friday!

INCREASE  FITNESS ✔️️
Fitness it up up up! I am on week 5 of T25 and although holding a plank makes sweat drip from my head I am determined to push through to Beta. Apparently, this is the round where muscle definition happens. Bring it on!

DRAFT  ZERO 
This did not happen! I did a lit search does that count? I've also been doing so reading about systematic reviews so I can train myself in making sure it is done well and properly. Moving this goal to March when I won't have an assignment taking priority.
