Slimming World - Syn free Oat biscuits

The other day I made some Syn free Oat biscuits which turned out to be a great syn free snack! They are quite moreish, also great for an alternative breakfast also.

35g porridge oats (HEX)
4 tbsp of sweetener
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 egg

Mix all your ingredients into a bowl and leave to rest for 10-15minutes until thickened.
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Spoon your mixture with a teaspoon into 8 portions, you can flatten them with the back of the spoon to make them round.
Bake for around 8 minutes, flip if needed and bake for another 2 minutes or until golden.
These are tasty warm straight from the oven or cold
